ADR

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are those authorised to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are included in the list of ADR entities provided for by Law No. 144/2015.
